1. Acceptance of terms
By contracting the services of GoPanden or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, we ask that you not use our services.
2. Description of services
GoPanden offers custom software development services, including web and mobile applications, APIs, process automation and technology consulting. The specific conditions of each project are detailed in the corresponding contract or commercial proposal.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, the source code and assets developed specifically for the client are transferred to the client upon full payment of the project. GoPanden reserves the right to use the project as a reference in its portfolio, unless expressly indicated otherwise by the client.
4. Payments and billing
The payment terms are set out in the commercial proposal for each project. An initial payment is generally required to begin development, with intermediate payments according to agreed milestones. Delays in payments may result in the temporary suspension of the service.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the sensitive information shared during the project. GoPanden will not disclose the client's commercial, technical or strategic information to third parties without express authorization.
6. Limitation of liability
GoPanden will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruptions arising from the use of the delivered software. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to active clients at least 30 days in advance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
